Stepping Strong March Madness starts today and runs through March 31!
How it works: All individuals who raise at least $200 AND post on social media using the hashtag #SteppingStrong (or reach out to your network via email if you don’t have social media) will be entered into a chance drawing to receive custom Stepping Strong swag! You have four chances to win because we’ll be picking two winners every Sunday during the month, good luck!
Once you complete your registration on GoFundMe, you should receive an email with the subject line “Your New GoFundMe Charity Fundraiser is Going to be so Good.” Click on ‘start fundraising’ in the body of the email and you will be brought to your personal fundraising page. Share your page with friends, family and on social media to reach your commitment and use the sample copy below!
Reminder: If you plan on sharing a GoFundMe page with another runner, please email BWHteam@partners.org by March 12 with the name of individuals, shirt sizes, and mailing address.

Attention family and friends! I will be participating in the virtual B.A.A. 5K with the Stepping Strong team over Patriot’s Day weekend in April. All funds raised will support the Gillian Reny Stepping Strong Center for Trauma Innovation.
During the month of March, the 5K team is hosting a March Madness challenge and I need your help to kick off my fundraising! Will you help me raise at least $200 to support trauma survivors?

The benefit of going virtual is that anyone can participate. There is still plenty of time so encourage your family, friends, and colleagues to join before March 12 to ensure they receive the correct shirt before race day by clicking here.
Participants are encouraged to register officially for the 5K with the B.A.A. to gain access to their race perks including the tracking app and participant incentives. Registration fees start at $45. The B.A.A. registration is a separate fee and does not count towards fundraising commitments.
The deadline to raise the amount you agreed upon when registering on GoFundMe is Sunday, April 18 at 11:59PM. If you have not met the amount agreed upon at that time, your credit card will be charged the difference to get you to your commitment. Any runner who raises above and beyond will be eligible for some great fundraising perks!
